Mailprime Cloud provides digital, usage-based automation services, including rule-based email replies and optional AI-powered responses.

Mailprime Cloud offers a 14-day money-back guarantee on all new paid subscriptions, with no exceptions or conditions.

2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

All customers are entitled to request a full refund within 14 days of their initial paid subscription purchase.

  • The refund applies regardless of usage, activity level, or feature consumption
  • No justification is required to request a refund
  • Refunds cover the full amount paid for the subscription
  • Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

3. Subscription Fees

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance (monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected)
  • Access to the Service is granted immediately upon successful payment
  • If a refund is requested within the 14-day window, access to the Service may be revoked once the refund is processed

4. Refunds After 14 Days

Refund requests submitted after the 14-day refund window has expired are not eligible for refunds.

After this period:

  • All payments are considered final
  • No refunds are provided for unused time, features, or usage

5. Cancellations

  • Users may cancel their subscription at any time
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
  • No refunds are issued for cancellations made after the 14-day refund window

6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Users are encouraged to contact Mailprime Cloud support before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

  • Temporary or permanent account suspension
  • Loss of access to the Service

7. Legal Compliance

This Refund Policy is intended to comply with applicable consumer protection laws. Where local laws require additional rights, Mailprime Cloud will comply with those requirements.
